If approved, we will process your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method or via bank/mobile financial service, depending on the payment used.

Refund processing may take 5–10 business days after approval.

5. Shipping Charges

• Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
• If the refund is due to our mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective product), we will also cover the return shipping cost.
